Built around your process
Designed around independent stations, the assembly cell can be configured to match specific production requirements while minimizing operator involvement.
Some of our stations supporting the production
Oil filling station
Fills the shock absorber with the preset oil quantity, ensuring even distribution between the inner tube and reservoir.
- Safety compliance EN ISO 13849, PL-d
- Selectable oil type.
- Actual filling volume checked against preset value.
- Quick changeover for different diameters and lengths.
Roll closing station
Packs the internal components and seals the shock absorber by applying a precisely controlled plastic deformation to the external wall.
The process is highly repeatable and delivers sealing quality superior to soldered or threaded closures.
An open-head variant is available for compatibility with pre-soldered rings on the rod top. The roll closing station can be manually operated or integrated into a fully automatic line with robotic handling.
- Safety compliance: EN ISO 13849, PL-d
- Guarantees residual packing force > 12 kN
- Cycle time: 12–18 seconds
- Stroke: 250 – 1000 mm
- Wall thickness: 2.5mm
- Reservoir: 34 – 70mm diameter
- Rod: up to 30mm diameter
Test station
Checks that the shock absorbers behave correctly and develop the expected forces under different working conditions.
Can be used either at the end of the line or mid-process, depending on the production setup. When positioned before sealing and filling, it allows non-conformant samples to
be identified early, reducing waste by enabling recovery of reusable parts before final assembly.
The automatic clamping system with rod detection makes the station suitable for use in production, including unsupervised automatic lines with robotic handling.
Available in twin configuration, allowing two test rigs to operate independently or cooperatively.
- Safety compliance: EN ISO 13849, PL-d
- Multiple programmable test profiles
- Test speed up to 1000mm/s
- Wide stroke range
Gas filling machine
Fills the shock absorber with a pre-set amount of nitrogen and measures the reaction force at the end of the process to verify filling accuracy.
Fully electric and available in twin configuration for sharing across production cells.
- Safety compliance: EN ISO 13849, PL-d
- Measurement point: settable along the rod stroke
- Fully electric
